Job summary

Lids Sports Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Card Breaker & Content Specialist to host live breaks in-store and online, educating customers and building a hobby community. You will guide audiences through product releases, breaks, and promos with strong card knowledge and a lively on-air presence.

The role blends retail know-how with content creation, social engagement, and live events to drive awareness, excitement, and sales among collectors and fans in a dynamic atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in trading cards, collectibles, or hobby retail preferred.
• Experience hosting live breaks and livestreaming platforms preferred.
• Strong on-camera presence and engaging communication.

Responsibilities

• Host entertaining, informative live trading card breaks in-store and online.
• Represent the Lids brand to the trading card community.
• Create excitement around releases, breaks, promotions, and hobby news.
• Open trading card products live while handling merchandise with care.
• Engage customers in real-time, answer questions, and discuss products.
