Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking Machine Operators for the liquid pouch production area in Mason, OH. You will join a fast-paced, safety- and quality-driven team that values adaptability and teamwork.

The role involves operating filling equipment, packaging products, and maintaining GMP standards on 1st shift (7am-3pm) with potential overtime. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, strong attendance, ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and excellent attention to detail to identify defects and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Candidates must be available to work all shifts including second- third & weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry 25 – 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Outstanding attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and adhere to Quality standards.
• Achieve qualified score on job skills assessment- to be administered after receiving a passing interview score

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment; make minor machine adjustments.
• Pack finished product into boxes and cartons.
• Assemble corrugated boxes and partitions.
• Label and seal finished cases.
• Place finished cases on pallets with correct placements.
• Monitor packaging weight and ensure accurate components.
• Follow scrap procedures and monitor machine scrap.
• Ensure hourly machine counts are entered on visual boards.
• Support machine start-ups and keep workspace clean at all times.
• Assist with changeovers and maintain GMP practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
