You will operate filling equipment, monitor quality, and participate in safety and continuous improvement efforts within a fast-paced, team-oriented food manufacturing environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and a strong attendance record.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and perform minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished products and prepare for shipping.
• Assemble corrugated boxes and partitions for storage and transport.
• Label and weigh finished cases; place on pallets as required.
• Monitor machine performance, scrap, and visual boards; assist with start-ups.
