Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Mason, OH is seeking Skilled Machine Operators for the Condiment Packet Automation Department. You will work the 11pm to 7am third shift, contribute improvement ideas, and perform general production duties in a food manufacturing setting with strict quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates are safety- and quality-oriented, adaptable, and capable of teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attendance and safety mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and make minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished products and prepare boxes/partitions.
• Label, weigh and seal cases; place on pallets as required.
• Monitor scrap and machine counts; maintain clean work area.
• Complete required paperwork and support changeovers.
