Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to prepare leases and move-in packages.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Tour prospects, process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Coordinate move-in readiness and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow on-site policies for concessions, specials, and programs to boost occupancy.
