Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy at a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, tour properties, qualify leads, and process applications while coordinating with maintenance for move-in readiness.

You will contribute to marketing efforts, support in resident retention, and assist the Property Manager in daily operations to achieve strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience; property management preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software required.
• Experience using social media (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-service orientation, professional interaction with residents and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Qualify leads, process rental applications, run background and credit checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance for outstanding items.
• Execute lease agreements and prepare move-in packages for new residents.
• Design and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Promote the community via digital channels and email campaigns.
• Maintain records of prospect and resident interactions using Yardi or OneSite.
