You will present features, secure leases, and foster relationships to encourage renewals in a dynamic property management team.

Qualifications

• Prior leasing, sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local market and leasing techniques advantageous.
• Proficiency with leasing software and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and present community features and amenities.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants with complete documentation.
• Deliver high level of service to residents and prospects.
• Stay informed on local market conditions to position the property.
• Support marketing ideas and resident satisfaction initiatives.
• Generate foot traffic via outreach to area employers and services.
• Assist in planning advertising and marketing programs with management.
