Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator to deliver engaging training across instructor-led, virtual, onsite, and travel-based formats. The role collaborates with L&D Managers, Instructional Designers, SMEs, and business partners to ensure content relevance and impact.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience in training delivery, strong facilitation skills, and proficiency with LMS/Workday Learning.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of training delivery, facilitation, adult education, or related experience.
• Strong ability to facilitate in-person and virtual learning for varied group sizes.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, onsite, and travel-based training programs.
• Apply adult learning principles and inclusive facilitation techniques.
• Coordinate materials, logistics, and post-training follow-up with stakeholders.
• Document attendance, completion and participation in LMS systems.
• Identify delivery risks and suggest solutions to L&D for continuous improvement.
• Stay current on adult learning and virtual delivery methods.
