Job summary

PENN Entertainment is hiring a Steward/Dishwasher in Indiana to support our fast-paced kitchen operations. You will operate the dishwashing machine, clean and store items, and maintain clean work areas to ensure smooth service.

The role requires 21 years of age, with at least six months in stewarding or related kitchen roles. Experience with dish machines and general kitchen equipment is preferred. This position is onsite and part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Six months of experience in stewarding, kitchen maintenance, kitchen operations, or similar role required.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage service operation is preferred.
• Ability to operate dish machines according to company and manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing machine and ensure soiled items are properly racked for washing.
• Inspect and store all cleaned items after washing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment storage spaces.
• Supply dishware to food preparation stations and remove dirty dishware from stations.
• Assist with special events setup and breakdown as needed.
