Qualifications

• Six months of experience in stewarding, kitchen maintenance, or kitchen operations.
• Possession of a valid driver's and gaming license within the assigned state of employment.
• Must successfully pass background check and alcohol/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clean dishware and utensils are stored properly after washing.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, including floors and equipment.
• Train new stewards as required.
