Qualifications

• Understanding of OSHA rules and regulations as required.
• Able to walk, talk, and hear; lift up to 100 pounds; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchens, cooking preparation areas, equipment, and utensils to keep them clean and sanitary per OSHA and ServSafe standards.
• Remove garbage and trash and place refuse in designated areas.
• Operate kitchen equipment like scrubbers and dishwashers.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen and storage areas.
• Presentable appearance and proper uniform; good personal hygiene.
• Contribute to positive guest experiences with friendly, courteous service.
