Responsibilities

• Ensure soiled items are placed in proper racks or containers.
• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes all dishware and utensils.
• Keeps work area clean and organized at all times.
• Restocks dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Train new stewards as required.
