Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will clean and sanitize work areas and equipment, stock stations, and help ensure a positive dining experience for guests.

The role requires attention to safety, proper hygiene, and teamwork, with on-site work in Biloxi. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and complete ServSafe Alcohol training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Understanding of OSHA rules and regulations as required.
• Must complete ServSafe Alcohol training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchens, equipment, and utensils in a clean, sanitary manner per OSHA/ServSafe.
• Remove garbage and keep designated areas clean and organized.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment.
• Adhere to cleanliness standards for all kitchen areas and storage.
• Stock serving stations with utensils and maintain safe work conditions.
• Presentable appearance and proper uniform; good personal hygiene.
• Provide a positive guest experience with warm greetings and farewells.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
