Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is looking for a kitchen team member at our Bay St. Louis location to support cooks, handle prep, and maintain a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced setting.

Follow ServSafe and OSHA standards, communicate effectively with the team, and assist with stocking, dishwashing, and food safety tasks. Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 100 pounds to join a friendly, guest-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate with customers and team members.
• Understanding of OSHA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and sanitary manner.
• Removes garbage and trash and places refuse in designated areas.
• Operates dishwashing equipment and related cleaning devices.
• Adheres to ServSafe cleanliness standards.
• Maintains cleanliness in kitchen and storage areas and assists with stocking.
