• Count wings and fries required for each order.
• Coordinate cooking times for wings and fries.
• Season, sauce, and package all orders per standards.
• Maintain proper fryer operations and cleanliness.
• Keep kitchen clean and organized throughout shift.
• Report safety or sanitation issues to the manager.
• Assist others as needed and follow supervisor directions.
• Understand and follow good hygiene and food handling practices.
• Safely handle chemical cleaning products.
• Suggest ideas to improve efficiency and brand image.
