Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a dedicated cook to prepare high‑quality wings and sides, ensuring flavor consistency, proper portioning, and adherence to sanitation standards across a fast‑paced shift.

You will work as part of a team to deliver the Wingstop experience, maintaining cleanliness, following safety procedures, and providing friendly service while meeting order deadlines. Experience preferred: professional cooking 1 year; line cook; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional cooking is preferred.
• 1 year cooking experience preferred.
• 1 year line cook experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest has a positive Wingstop experience.
• Follow safe cooking procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• Scan and manage order tickets quickly and accurately.
• Coordinate cooking times for wings and fries with timers.
• Season, sauce, and package all orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Maintain fryer operations and daily shortening filtration with proper safety equipment.
• Keep the kitchen clean throughout shifts and at closing time.
• Notify the Manager on Duty of any safety or sanitation issues.
• Assist other team members as needed.
