Responsibilities

• Critical to Wingstop Restaurants; ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation and product preparation.
• Maintain highest quality products and services delivered to each customer.
• Practice proper personal hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Focus on duties in a calm, yet efficient manner.
• Ensure each guest has a positive, long-lasting impression of the Wingstop experience.
• Cook and prepare Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings and Boneless Strips and Fries in proper fryers and baskets.
• Coordinate cooking times and timing with timers for all items.
• Follow Wingstop standards for sauce, seasoning and packaging of orders.
• Keep kitchen clean throughout the shift and assist others as needed.
• Notify Manager on Duty of safety or sanitation issues.
