KidStrong Stone Ridge is seeking energetic coaches to lead engaging classes for kids ages walking to 11 years old, delivering brain-building activities and building confidence. You will work closely with families to reinforce the curriculum and create a positive, energetic learning atmosphere.

We value passion for kids, strong communication with parents, and reliability. CPR certification is preferred. This role offers growth, a collaborative team, and opportunities to lead camps and events.

Qualifications

• Must love working with children.
• Experience coaching kids aged 1–11.
• Strong communication with parents/guardians.
• High energy, engaging presence in class.
• Mentor with good interpersonal skills.
• CPR certified or willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids aged 1–11.
• Understand KidStrong curriculum and communicate it with flair.
• Achieve Coach Certification and participate in ongoing training.
• Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class.
• Ensure classes run smoothly and on time.
• Engage families and act as the social glue that keeps everyone connected.
• Coach camps, movie nights, and additional center activities as needed.
