Job summary

Catholic Charities Community Services in New York seeks a full-time coordinator to implement and monitor internship services under the Learning to Work contract. Hourly Rate-$30-$33. This is a full-time position based on a 35 hour-week, with an annual salary of $54,600-$60,060.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• At least 2 years of experience working in youth development or social services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internship partnerships and site visits (monthly).
• Monitor worksites to ensure interns have positive, safe experiences.
• Place 90 students in subsidized internships during the academic year.
• Track interns' hours, attendance, and evaluations in the tracker.
• Facilitate LTW weekly seminars and prepare curriculum and materials.
• Assist in outreach, recruitment, and admission processes.
