Job summary

Lia Hyundai Hartford in Hartford, CT is seeking an Internet Sales/Business Development Center Agent to join our team.

The compensation range is $40K-$65K+ with paid time off options and opportunities for growth. Evening and Saturday shifts are required; training is available for the right candidate. You will manage internet and phone inquiries, set appointments, and work closely with the CRM to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience is preferred, but training available.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer internet and phone leads and follow up until appointment is made.
• Reach out to missed appointments.
• Maintain effective communication among BDC, sales, and management.
• Work within our CRM daily.
• Answer questions on product knowledge and current specials.
• Set appointments.
• Follow up with customers who have already visited to assist in search.
