Balise Motor Sales in Springfield, MA is seeking a dedicated BDC Associate - Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will use your computer skills, product knowledge, and outgoing personality to generate business through online channels and book appointments.

You will respond to inquiries, provide vehicle information, conduct follow-up calls, manage dealership internet leads, and help grow our internet sales while maintaining a professional image with customers, vendors and

• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment a plus.

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Rep to join our team. In this role, you will use your computer skills, product knowledge, and outgoing personality to generate business through our online channels and book appointments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about vehicles and services to our customers.

Pay Range: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Environmental & Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
