American Global is seeking an Account Associate for our Insurance team in Plantation, FL. You will prepare and file insurance documents, maintain client records, and support Account Managers and Executives with timely, accurate information.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with Applied Epic, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Pro. Benefits include comprehensive packages and ongoing professional development.

• Attend off-site carrier, client, and prospect meetings as required.
• Keep insurance filing and database system up to date (Applied Epic).
• Assist in creating proposals, summaries of insurance, and presentations.
• Billing accurately and timely, participate in audits.
• Maintain communication with clients and industry partners for high-level service.
