American Global is seeking an Account Associate to join our Insurance team in Plantation, FL. You will manage time-sensitive insurance documents, support Account Managers, and maintain client communications.

• Proficient in Applied Epic, Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe Pro.

Mansioni

• Prepare, issue, file, update and manage insurance documents (certs, endorsements, loss summaries, quotes, renewals).
• Maintain insurance filing and database systems (Applied Epic).
• Assist in creating proposals and client presentations.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and audit processing.
• Maintain proactive client and partner communication.
