Job summary

Kristy Beal - State Farm Agent in Chicago seeks an outgoing, motivated Account Representative-Agent Team Member for an in-office role. You will follow up on quotes, perform needs-based conversations, and provide excellent customer service to update policies and assist with payments.

You will help grow the agency through community events, networking with local professionals, and building a referral network. Licenses are required ASAP; State Farm experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses required or able to acquire ASAP.
• State Farm agency experience preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and critical-thinking skills.
• Coachable and receptive to performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries quickly to close sales.
• Have confident, needs-based conversations to recommend the right insurance solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service, including policy updates and payment assistance.
• Help grow the agency through community event participation and networking.
• Use telemarketing and outreach to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Brand the agency and yourself on social media in a professional way.
• Maintain accurate records in the database for customer interactions.
• Manage priorities to ensure timely processing of transactions.
