Qualifications

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses required or able to acquire asap.
• State Farm or other agency experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries quickly to close sales.
• Have confident, needs-based conversations to recommend the right insurance solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service, including policy updates, payment assistance, timely responses to questions and service needs, proactively resolving issues
• Help grow the agency through community event participation, networking with local professionals, building a referral network “center of influence”
• Use telemarketing and outreach to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Brand the agency and yourself on social media in a professional, consistent way.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our database for every customer interaction.
• Manage priorities and workflows to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
