Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow up on company-provided leads and schedule appointments.
• Make outbound calls to present services and generate future business.
• Establish rapport, assess needs, and present suitable solutions.
• Develop client relationships and negotiate/close deals.
• Handle bookings from online lead sources and schedule jobs.
• Manage service calls, rescheduling, payments, and inquiries.
