Job summary

Parker & Sons in Phoenix, AZ is seeking energetic Sales Representatives to join our customer-focused team. You will listen to customer needs, follow up on leads, and schedule maintenance/service appointments while promoting multiple departments to generate future business.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of call center and telemarketing background preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Timely follow-up on company provided leads.
• Making outbound calls to existing customers to schedule overdue, present, and future recurring services.
• Establish customer rapport, ask open questions to determine the customer's needs.
• Present the right products and service solutions.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Responding to and booking jobs requested through online lead sources such as Home Advisor, Angie's List, Home Depot, and the Parker and Sons Website.
• Scheduling jobs on inbound calls from customers, technicians, and in-field Appointment Generators.
• Performing common Customer Service tasks such as confirming, rescheduling, and cancelling currently scheduled jobs, running payments for invoices, setting up service contracts, deescalating and resolving complaints, sending invoices, and answering customer questions.
