Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company in Helena, MT is seeking an Inside Sales - Counter Sales Representative to assist customers in person and over the phone, enter orders, review and pull orders, and ensure timely delivery of products and information.

You will collaborate with Purchasing, account managers, quotations specialists and other branch staff to provide competitive quotations while expanding product knowledge and sales techniques on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Related sales experience preferred and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional phone and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and resolve customer requests and/or problems in a prompt and professional manner.
• Help customers determine and select the best solution of Crescent Electric products and services to meet their needs.
• Work with Purchasing Department, account managers, quotations specialists, product champions, and other branch personnel to provide competitive quotations.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Crescent product inventory, its location in the facility, and sales techniques.
