Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in the automotive/truck parts industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of parts catalogues, inventory systems, and computer applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to multitask and manage workload.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to parts customers in person and by phone.
• Assist with inventory management, order processing, invoicing, shipping and receiving of parts.
