Job summary

The Bath Authority, a Great Day Improvements subsidiary, is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls across the U.S., promoting bathroom remodeling products and managing consultations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bedford Heights, OH, offering a $17.00 per hour base pay plus uncapped bonus opportunities.

You will upsell, meet sales and service targets, update CRM records, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience.
• Basic to intermediate CRM proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication and rapport building.
• Comfortable working toward sales goals in a performance-driven environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product information, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Promote any and all products and services, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales and customer experience targets.
• Accurately update and maintain customer records within our CRM platforms for timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate scheduling and smooth service delivery across product lines.
• Develop product knowledge across brand offerings to answer questions with tailored recommendations.
