Job summary

Control Air Enterprises LLC is seeking an organized HVAC Construction Project Engineer to join our Livermore office. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or construction management is required to coordinate large HVAC projects and to ensure compliance with contract requirements and documentation.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractor scope, tracking field installation, maintaining submittals, scheduling, change orders, and timely O&M and as-built packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a construction-related field or similar required.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and common design tools preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and documentation skills required.
• Experience with subcontractor coordination and change management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing large & complex HVAC construction projects.
• Assist in managing subcontractor scope and performance of contractual requirements.
• Assist in tracking field installation.
• Organize, file, and track all project coordination and correspondence.
• Accurate documentation to track projects, including submittals, schedules, RFI’s, change orders, and as-built packages.
• Learn all software programs utilized in day-to-day operations.
