Control Air Enterprises LLC in San Marcos, CA is seeking an HVAC Construction Project Engineer to support the San Diego office. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management and a proven ability to organize, document, and coordinate large HVAC projects with subcontractors.

You will manage submittals, RFI's, change orders, schedules, and start-up/close-out packages while learning company software and maintaining strong client satisfaction across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction related field or similar.
• Strong work ethic and problem solving attitude.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Bluebeam and AutoCAD training is an advantage.
• Experience in mechanical contracting is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing large & complex HVAC construction projects.
• Assist in managing subcontractor scope and performance of contractual requirements.
• Assist in tracking field installation.
• Organize, file, and track all project coordination and correspondence.
• Accurate documentation for submittals, schedules, RFI's, change orders, and close-out packages.
• Learn software programs used in day-to-day operations.
