Job summary

First Hospitality’s Sky Rock Sedona hotel is seeking friendly Restaurant Servers to deliver attentive tableside service in a vibrant, guest-focused environment. You will know the menu, provide recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining hospitality standards in a dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage guests and provide attentive service.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for service and stock essentials.
• Learn menu details to recommend items and pairings.
• Accurately take and detail orders for guests.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Communicate special needs to team and assist in emergencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete side work as assigned.
• Adhere to professional standards and restaurant policies.
• Know emergency procedures and assist guests during incidents.
• Take on additional tasks as directed by leadership.
