Job summary

Sky Rock Sedona, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, seeks a Guest-Focused Lobby Attendant to maintain clean public areas and deliver exceptional service. You will help create welcoming impressions by keeping lobby spaces tidy and addressing guest requests with a friendly, attentive approach.

Located in Sedona, the role involves cleaning lobbies, restrooms, restaurants, and event spaces, while adhering to schedules and safety standards. Join a team that values guest experience and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the primary language used in the workplace.
• Stand and walk frequently during the workday.
• Lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and pivot frequently throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, hallways and restrooms.
• Clean and maintain restaurants and banquet halls.
• Sweep and vacuum carpets.
• Remove trash and empty ashtrays and urns.
• Dust and polish metalwork, furniture, fixtures, and elevators.
• Keep the front of the hotel free from trash.
• Clean rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, broom and shampoo machine.
• Wash walls and ceilings, move furniture, and turn mattresses.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors.
• Responsible for upkeep of all equipment used (i.e., Vacuum cleaner, trolleys, Scrubbing machine).
• Maintain a time schedule for cleaning of their areas.
• Spring cleaning of their area as per schedule.
• Authorized to enter into offices for maintenance or other activities like pest control, shampooing of carpet etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

The impact you’ll make…

The Public Area Attendant will keep all public areas and facilities (such as lobby restrooms, telephone area, the front desk, and offices) in a neat and clean condition. Public area attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly, and should also able to address guest requests and problems.

What you’ll be doing…
