Highgate Hotels in Boston is seeking a Sales & Marketing Intern to gain hands-on exposure to hotel Sales, Revenue Management, Events, and Marketing teams. You’ll assist with inquiries, coordinate meetings, and help manage guest communications using Delphi FDC and Opera.

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals while helping manage meetings and events, and keeping sales information organized. This internship offers a practical introduction to hotel operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must reside in the market.
• College coursework in related field.
• Effective communication with guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and email messages; respond accordingly.
• Assist in smooth operation of the office.
• Greet guests/clients/employees when necessary.
• Support meetings and events; manage sales and event information.
• Work with Delphi FDC and Opera.
