You will work closely with the Retail Manager to lead on busy days, manage scheduling and payroll tasks, and maintain high standards across the team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring company policies are followed.
• Maintain a professional presence on the sales floor, assist customers and team members.
• Support tasks such as bin flips, cleaning, stocking, and staging.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, payroll accuracy, reporting and maintaining employee records.
• Promote accountability and safety; address maintenance needs; support weekly marketing tasks and training; adapt to daily operational challenges.
