Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Fairborn, Ohio to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, organize merchandise from delivery to floor, and help train Store Associates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail store or equivalent role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and protect assets.
• Lead and train Store Associates and supervise the team.
