Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience in a leadership or key holder role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, confidence, and solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Ensure store is organized, customer-ready, and running smoothly.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Own store execution by addressing issues and maintaining standards.
• Leverage retail technology to enhance customer experience and store operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and lead the team effectively.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
