Job summary

The Little Gym of Murfreesboro is seeking a gymnastics–experienced, energetic instructor to join our team. You’ll teach classes for children from 3 to 12 years, demonstrate skills, and create a warm, encouraging environment where kids gain confidence.

We train you on our methods and expect you to help with events, parties, and gym activities. If you love kids, enjoy being active, and can bring energy and fun to every lesson, you could be the perfect fit for our caring, team-oriented gym

Qualifications

• Previous gymnastics experience as a gymnast, coach, or instructor.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable being playful with kids.

Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics-based classes for children ages 3–12 using established curriculum.
• Demonstrate, spot, and teach age-appropriate skills.
• Create a warm, fun, and encouraging environment where every child feels successful.
• Provide attention and encouragement to help children build confidence and learn new skills.
• Treat every class and every child as if it's their first day – EVERY WEEK!
• Provide an outstanding customer and membership experience.
• Keep the gym clean, organized, safe, and ready for the next class.
• Be an active part of the team by helping with events, camps, birthday parties, and other gym activities.
