Job summary

The Little Gym is seeking energetic, people‑oriented instructors to engage children in gymnastics, education, and playful learning. You’ll lead classes using our proven curriculum and teaching method, while delivering outstanding customer service and a welcoming membership experience.

Candidates should be enthusiastic, 18+ years old, and comfortable being active and hands‑on with kids. Training and development are provided, and you’ll join a team that values fun and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with children is preferred.
• Be active, playful and hands-on with kids.
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps.
• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to the serious fun of gymnastics, education, and play within The Little Gym's learning environment.
• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family.
