The Little Gym of Duluth is seeking energetic coaches to join our team and help kids grow through movement, gymnastics, and play. You’ll learn our proven curriculum and train with us to deliver engaging classes.

We value enthusiasm, reliability, and a love for kids. No prior gymnastics experience is required, but a positive, silly, and energetic attitude helps you shine in our fun but focused environment.

Qualifications

• Love working with kids and being silly
• Positive, outgoing, dependable and ready to jump in
• Experience in gymnastics, dance, cheer, education, sports, or child development is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to host birthday parties and events

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging classes using The Little Gym curriculum
• Create a warm, fun, and encouraging environment for every child
• Help kids build skills, confidence, coordination, and independence
• Connect with parents and provide an amazing member experience
• Host birthday parties, camps, and Parents’ Survival Nights
• Bring great energy to every class, every week
