Job summary

The Little Gym in Murfreesboro, AR is seeking an energetic gymnastics instructor to teach classes for children ages 3 to 12. You’ll use our proven curriculum, demonstrate skills, and create a warm, supportive environment where every child can thrive.

We value energetic, fun, and dependable team players who love working with kids and are excited to help them gain confidence. Training and advancement opportunities are available, with bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous gymnastics experience as a gymnast, coach, instructor, or similar role.
• Ability to work with children aged 3–12 in a teaching environment.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and comfortable being playful and active.

Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics based classes for children ages 3–12 using The Little Gym curriculum.
• Demonstrate, spot, and teach age-appropriate skills.
• Create a warm, fun, and encouraging environment where each child succeeds.
• Provide attention and encouragement to help kids build confidence and learn new skills.
• Support team activities, events, and gym activities as needed.
