Responsibilities

• Completes open checklist, stocks bar and supplies for the night, and reviews outstanding issues with the supervisor.
• Take drink orders, explain specials, handle payments, take food orders, and answer questions about the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure safety practices are followed.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and assist guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Communicate last call times clearly and manage tipping procedures at shift end.
