Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe, and inclusive fitness classes that motivate members and create a welcoming environment.

You will deliver sessions following Crunch class format guidelines, complete required training, and maintain certifications while upholding the brand standards across the club. This role also involves addressing member requests, maintaining professionalism, and coordinating with staff to ensure a positive member experience every day.

Qualifications

• Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes
• Attend Crunch instructor training and deliver classes according to Crunch class format guidelines
• Address member requests or forward them to a manager as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch mission statement
• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements
• Understand and follow all club and facility policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional disposition at all times
