US Fitness in Frederick, MD is seeking a dynamic Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes and elevate the member experience. You will partner with our Group Fitness Director to build community, boost confidence, and turn workouts into memorable moments.

You’ll coach on-mic, engage members, promote programs, track class stats, and keep studios in top shape. This role requires current fitness certification, CPR/AED, and a passion for helping members succeed.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification required.
• CPR/AED certification current.
• Specialty cert if your format requires it.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes.
• Coach members toward goals and create an inclusive class vibe.
• Greet members, build relationships, and promote programs and events.
• Track attendance and simple class stats; follow payroll procedures.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Stay current with certifications and attend required trainings.
• Support schedule and cover shifts as needed.
• Be flexible with early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
