Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy group classes and guide members on their fitness journey. You’ll deliver engaging sessions, build relationships, and help members achieve personal goals in a supportive community.

The role emphasizes reliable presence, class leadership, and collaboration with leadership to uphold the club culture and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels is required.
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Deliver motivational instruction during the member Class-ic Group Fitness experience.
• Help members achieve their goals on their fitness journey.
• Respond to member issues concerning group fitness classes with care.
• Accurately track class attendance numbers.
• Be engaged with weekly emails, monthly Zooms and quarterly staff meetings.
