Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy group classes and guide members on their fitness journeys. You will engage with members, deliver motivating workouts, and help create a welcoming studio experience aligned with our mission to be the best place to work and workout.

This role emphasizes member relationships, reliability, and active participation in club culture, trainings, and brand promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Deliver motivational instruction during the member Class-ic Group Fitness experience.
• Help members achieve their goals on their fitness journey.
• Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes.
• Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers.
• Participate and be engaged with weekly emails, monthly ZOOMs.
• Attend the quarterly staff meeting for onsite training and new quarter class roll out.
• Be involved with the instructor portal and social media for updates and brand promotions
