Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a passionate Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy group classes and guide members through their fitness journeys. You will connect with members, tailor energizing sessions, and help create a welcoming environment aligned with our community-driven culture.

You will deliver warm-ups, workouts, and cool-downs with professionalism, maintain attendance, and participate in ongoing trainings and brand promotions to support growth.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to provide a high energy class environment.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver motivational instruction during the member Class-IC group fitness experience.
• Help members achieve their goals on their fitness journey.
• Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes.
• Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers.
• Participate in weekly emails and monthly Zooms.
• Attend quarterly staff meetings for onsite training and new quarter class roll out.
• Be involved with the instructor portal and social media for updates and brand promotions.
