Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Temple, TX is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes and guide members on their fitness journeys. You’ll deliver engaging, inclusive workouts and help members achieve their goals.

As part of a fast-growing team, you will stay prepared, communicate with staff, follow format standards, and leverage trainings to elevate class experiences while promoting the club culture and brand promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels (bootcamp, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, HIIT).
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification preferred (AFAA, ACE, or NASM).
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver motivational instruction during member Class-ic Group Fitness experiences.
• Help members achieve their fitness goals on their journey.
• Respond to member issues concerning group fitness classes with care.
• Accurately track class attendance numbers.
• Engage with weekly emails and quarterly staff meetings.
• Be active in the instructor portal and social media for updates and promotions.
