Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe seeks a Group Fitness Instructor to deliver high-energy group classes and guide members on their fitness journeys. You will build genuine relationships, celebrate member progress, and maintain a fun, professional class experience from warm-up to cool-down.

You’ll foster a welcoming atmosphere, arrive prepared for each session, and collaborate with leadership to support club culture and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to create high-energy, safe, inclusive class environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver motivational instruction during group fitness classes.
• Help members achieve their fitness goals with engaging coaching.
• Track class attendance and participate in team communications.
• Represent the brand professionally in-person and on social channels.
